1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using this website (the "Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

This Site is intended primarily for alumni, former students, faculty, staff, and guests associated with Proviso East High School Class of 1972. By registering, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).
  • The information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful.

3. Account Security & User Registration

  • You may be required to create an account or provide contact details to access certain features (e.g., viewing alumni profiles, purchasing tickets, submitting photos).
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to notify the Reunion Committee immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct & Code of Conduct

We want this Site to be a safe, nostalgic, and enjoyable space for everyone. When using the Site, you agree NOT to:

  • Post, upload, or share content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, hateful, obscene, or discriminatory.
  • Impersonate any other individual, including fellow classmates.
  • Post personal contact information (addresses, phone numbers, emails) of other individuals without their explicit consent.
  • Use the Site for commercial promotion, spamming, political campaigning, or unauthorized solicitation.
  • Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt the functionality of the Site.

The Reunion Committee reserves the right to remove any content or terminate access for users who violate these guidelines.

5. User-Generated Content & Photos

  • Ownership: You retain ownership of any photos, stories, or content you submit to the Site.
  • License: By posting content, you grant the Reunion Committee a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely in connection with reunion activities, event presentations, slideshows, and memory books.
  • Copyright: Do not post photos or materials that violate someone else’s copyright or intellectual property rights.

6. Ticket Purchases, Payments & Refunds

  • Payments: Ticket purchases for reunion events are processed via third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to their terms and conditions.
